Refund policy

If Nituj is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you. No form, no reason required.

1.The 14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, and we will give it. You do not have to explain why, and it applies whether or not you have used the product — running discovery does not forfeit the refund.

This covers your first payment on a plan and any renewal you did not intend. If a renewal took you by surprise, say so — that is exactly what this is for.

2.How to ask

Email [set SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the address on the account, or reply to any Paddle receipt. Tell us you want a refund. That is the whole process.

We reply within two business days. If we agree — and within the window we will — we authorise the refund the same day.

3.How the money comes back

Paddle is the merchant of record for this product: it took your payment, and it issues the refund. We authorise it; Paddle sends it. It goes back to the card or account you paid from — we cannot send it anywhere else, which is a protection for you rather than a limitation.

Paddle processes it within a few days. Your bank then takes its own time to show it, usually five to ten business days. If it has not appeared after ten business days, tell us and we will chase it with Paddle.

4.After the window

Beyond 14 days we do not refund a period already served, but you can cancel at any time and that stops the next renewal. Cancelling does not shorten access you have already paid for — you keep the plan until the period ends.

Two exceptions, and we will not be difficult about either. If the service was substantially unavailable for a meaningful part of a period, tell us and we will credit or refund it. And if something went wrong that is clearly our fault, ask — we would rather fix it than argue about a date.

5.What a refund does not cover

A refund returns your money. It does not undo a decision you made using the product. In particular, a name is not cleared for use by us — see clause 6 of the terms of service — so costs you incur from adopting a name without a trademark attorney’s clearance are not something a refund of the subscription can put right.

Domain registrations, trademark filings and anything else you buy from a third party are between you and them. We never charged you for those and cannot refund them.

6.Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks; an email takes a day and gets you the same money. We have never refused a refund inside the window, and we are not going to start with yours.

If you do not recognise a charge, it will appear on your statement as Paddle rather than as Nituj, because Paddle is the merchant of record. That is the most common reason a charge looks unfamiliar.

7.Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase, and nothing here reduces it. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
